We deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will be kept informed via Track & Trace. Articles ordered in Belgium can only be delivered to persons of 18 years or older at a residential address. Our deliverers do not deliver to work addresses or offices

If you are not satisfied with your order, you of course have the option to return your order, or part of your order. You can return the items within 14 days of receiving your order. The items that are returned must be received in good order in our warehouse within the period of 14 days. Place the products you want to return in the box. Send the package to the post office.
